Holiday house for the whole year |

Comfortable summerhouse located near Koscierzyna on a clearing surrounded by woods. The plot is 1200 m² big with a small pond. The house is bricked and is one floor high with central heating provided by a fire place. There are twho bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor you can find a salon, bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the surrounding of the house you can find many lakes. There are also a lot of places to go biking and jogging.

One of the bedrooms has two ine-person beds and a balcony. The other has one two-person bed and one-one-person bed.

Kitchen is equipped with a freezer, dishwascher, an gas-electric oven and a full set of plates and pots.
In the salon is the TV-set with satellite-TV and video. There is also a fireplace there.

The prise includes weekly stay of 4-6 people.
The house can be rent for a minimum time of week and the limit of people is 6.
An extra charge has to be made for current and wood (used in the fireplace).
